how do i join a team here and what is it

There is no such thing as an online team.
If you want to join a paintball team, you'd have to tryout and whatnot.

Yea you have to go to team tryouts or, if for some reason you wanted to you could start a team.

Find local field. Hang out there. Talk to people that play there. Bring up the subj. of a team. Show each other what you can do on the field. If all goes well. say, "Hey wanna start a team?"

An Ion isnt a bad choice either. about $280 gets you alot. Youll need HPA though
