Not sure about this gun
I have a new VeiwLoader Triad w/ drop down i think?? Anyways I was wondering if this was an ok gun for a noob i have only played paintball once before and I loved it. Also any tips on using/fixing the gun would help
P.S. Its from Wal-Mart :P

Should work okay. If it dies on u, just move on. Buy a new gun then. If u have any pb gun oil u might want to use it on the o-rings.

Take the bolt out of the back of teh gun, there should be 2-3 o-rings on it. Oil those.
Also oil the o-ring on the hammer (Directly under the bolt)

download the basic teardown and re essembly video, you should use oil made for paintball(like goldcup) and lube up the internals. If you keep them maintained your marker should work well for a long time. Also, the first time you shoot it you may need to trim the spring so it will shoot at under the required velocity, someone at your field should be able to help with that if your uncertain. Triads are ok for Newbs however if you do not do regular maintenence after every time you go out and play you'll run into problems (Oil, Lube, etc..). On the two I got for quality assurance (see my site) one stopped working completely without maintenence. I would recommend upgrading in 3-5 months to something like a Tippmann 98 Custom or a Spyder Imagine

yes probly i will upgrade in that time im only 12 so money does not come by me very fast but ill look at that video thank you guys

yeah ive read that before im looking at a spyder extra... my dad also bought a Piranha GTI he might give it to me.. as far as the triad i tryed it today its not that bad...

thats what it says in the rules.....but ya back to the topic......
the gun will be fine for u to start out on...just take care of it a lube/clean it after every day of play
