Good Beginner Gun
I am getting into paint ball and i have about 200 to spend on a gun and supplies. I was looking around and i saw a good price on the Viewloader ProTeam Maxis. E/G My question is "Is this gun any good?"and What other gun(s) would you suggest to a beginner?

I'd recommend a imagine for $100.

Warsensor WSF
Lifetime warranty, little less in price than Tippmann 98. Built like a tank.
If you screw it up somehow, it comes with a Lifetime Warranty, so it will be fixed or replaced.

spyder imagine or a tippy 98c really depends on the type of paintball u wanna play woods or speed... tippys usually go to woods even though i play speed with it but imagines usually go to speed

First of all I would like to thank you all for your input.
But i am going to go with the Viewloader. Mainly because I found a REALLY GOOD price on it. I also see that it is a prety good gun, and that some peole like it and others hate it dueto problems they end up having on the gun. SO i am getting that and an 1 year warrenty on my gun so incase it does break I have a cheap repair option.

I seriousaly advise you not to get the viewloader. Their peices of ****. Buy a kingman spyder imagine. Easy fixing (just remove a pin and the bolt comes out along with the striker to clean, lubricate, etc). And I get 14 balls per second on my imagine, on the viewloader you may be lucky to get what? 9?

I would got with the Imagine. I currently have in my room, a Viewloader Orion and it is a piece of ugly crap! Also they are extremely loud. If you play woodsball and fire that sucker off everyone within a 2 mile radius id gonna know exactly where you are.

Tippman A-5 for woodsball, Imagine for speedball.

I got a Viewloader Prodigy E-grip for around 60 dollars NEW, so I got a Viewloader. Haven't really used it yet, but in total I got the following:
Jt Flex 7 Spectra Mask
Viewloader Prodigy E-Grip
20oz tank
for as much as the imagine costs. 40 more for a revvy and I am set. I donno y everyone's hatin on the viewloader, its a nice gun imo.

Viewloaders are generally made with bad materials to begin with. Mine wasn't usable after the first day I played with. An Imagine is just a better choice.
