I think you mean recoil. It is generally less with electro-pneumatic markers than with blowback (mechanical and electro-mechanical) markers, but perhaps you can find posts on it or others can chime in here to determine if it is enough of a problem to choose something else over the Wrath.

im sorry that statement was very ignorant, the Ion is one of the best guns out there for the price... i have one... the palstic is very durable... doesnt fade and doesent scratch easy... aluminum frames scratch easier than it. The wrath is well made but not as nearly as reliable or "nice" as the ION.

also it is a very good gun... but if your just starting out id get an imagine... i just set up my brother with one... i got him a spyder imagine 05, 20oz pmi co2 with on/off valve, v-force vantage thermal, sp teardrop barrel 14", shocktech superfly bolt, VL revy 12v w/x board, NXE 3 pod begginer harness, and oil etc... form a price for around 292.00 at action village Dot Com

also dont go with the b2k its nice but like i said i would get an imagine.

well i put so much into my ion and i loved it ...plus i didnt have any money left to put into my dmc.... soo i sold it true i could have sold my ion and used that money for the dmc.... seing how i put soo much money into the ion it would only sell for around 400-500 and thats not enough to put a lot of quality into the dmc. im still thinking if i get enough money ill get the g7 but still unsure... immore concentrating on college than paintball right now.

tl;dr
if its your first gun why not get a wrath? it is a fancy spyder clone and shoots pretty fast, it not elctro-pneumatic so you shouldnt have any big problems with maintenance(sp), it has lots of nice features for a first gun and you want have to immediatley upgrade once your starting tourney play.

well thats not a bad question... i needed the money and soo i didnt upgrade my dmc yet and i loved my ion with all its upgrades, and i need the money soo i sold the dmc... i got more money for the dmc then i could've from the ion. thats why i took the ion over the dmc.

plus i got the dmc for very cheap ... 1,000 .... 700 less than the market price.
