Now if your are short in money, you have to know that the Pilot is electronic, so you'll need an electro hopper to keep with the marker, and that can cost alot.
If you want save money and still have fun, I would suggest a 98c or a Sonix. Both are great, the sonix is slighly smaller and easier to maintain (IMHO), but the 98c is build like a tank, and never let you down.
Oh and stay away from package. It helps a bit to save money, but masks include are usually crap. I would suggest you to check at the vforce vantage, it's a low cost mask that performs like a high-end. You won't be disappointed.
Let the spyder V-type mask down, and get a Vforce Vantage Pro. They cost the same, but they are ALOT better. Actually, they are highend quality, in a low price mask. I had one 4 years, and it never let me down.
I got my Spyder a little more then a year ago and i love it. Great for me when I first began the sport and now that I am getting better I can upgrade the parts. I started out with a paintball package and the maske and other gear worked great for a year or so. I have now upgraded but i recommend a paintball package when you first start playing.
I want to know about paintball and its rules and regulations with details. My friends Christine Freville, Junio Solihull and Mickey Everio all are in a local paintball team and got first price on 18th October 1998. I will be very thankful to you if you will give me your nice informations.
Spyder Victors rate down near the bottom of the paintball marker ladder. They are fine for the occasional player but if you are planning to hit the field frequently you are going to quickly get frustrated with its lack of performance. But everyone has to start somewhere and if the best you can scrape up is a Victor it beats watching everyone else play from the parking lot.
