What are the differences between nitrogen and CO2 and all those things? is it worth the investment and where can i get it?

Nitrogen=HPA and HPA=Gas

Co2=Liquid=Bad for gun.

do i need to update my gun at all to use the HPA? my gun is in my sig and is totally stock

Nitrogen=compressed air when it comes to the tanks(from what i've figured out anyways), so dont base it on that. base it on the size and stuff of the tank. you may want to check out the "air systems" area in other equipment, there will probably be some other threads like yours.
