What Gear To Buy
-----------------

If you plan on playing Woosball only get a Tippmann:

*Semi* Tippmann 98 Custom ($199.99 CAD): Most upgradable marker out there

*Semi* Tippmann A-5 ($319.99 CAD): Cyclone Feed (Fastest Tippmann Gun)

*Pump* Tippmann C3 ($239.99 CAD): Uses Propane - 10000+ shots (Never used it though so I can't tell you much...)

*Semi* Spyder X-tra ($147.99 CAD): Cheap, Accurate, Moderatly Fast

If you plan on playing Speedball a lot as well as Woodsball:

*Electric* Spyder New Imagine ($188.99 CAD): Full-Auto, Burst, Semi

*Electric* Spyder Pilot ($199.99 CAD): Full-Auto, 3 Burst, 6 Burst, Semi

All Tippmann guns have elbows at the hopper so the feed isn't in the way of you're rail. Most other gun's have vertical feeds that are straight in your line of vision.

You'll need a mask as well...I don't have time for prices though...

If you wear glasses get a large mask that you can fit glasses in to...I use an Extreme Rage X-Ray, it's a little uncomfortable but it fits so...Masks are personal choices.

Elbow pads, Knee pads, Camoflauge, Anti-Fog perhaps...Running out of time have to go to class. Mabey a jock..

Have Fun!

Ordering Gear
-------------

Ordering on-line is good for saving money but if you're completely new to the sport than you should buy basic gear at a pro shop - they'll usually give you a run-down on maintaining your equipment and are more personable than a computer screen.

In Canada: www.*************.ca
In US: www.xtremez.com/paintball or www.*************.ca

i wouldnt waste your money on a C3

and 550 is a crapload to spend on a rec woods marker

Just get a 98 Custom, Loader, 20 oz co2, mask

and save your money because you may want a a better marker in the future
