The imfamous question
Hey guys ive been paintballing a few times and i think i love it Well here is is, im not sure what gun to get, i read all the new player info posts and here it is:
Location: I want a basicly all around gun for speedball and for play in the woods
Type of player i am: I am more of the person that moves up slower that some others, not right away but slowly move from bunker to bunker, and im a younger smaller player so i dont want a heavy large gun.
Guns: i want a cheaper gun but good and reliable that i can use for a while before it is outdated. I was thinking about getting a Impulse vision or a Angel LCD, i really like them but are they pricy? Im pretty sure they are.
Thanks Guys

The imagine would be a great gun to start out with. All you would need to get is a co2 tank and an electric hopper.
I would suggest a 12v revvy or the empire reloader II for the hopper, and the co2 just get a 16-20 oz and oyu should be fine.
And don't worry, we all had to start out somewhere.

Its ok...we all were noobs at one time... replace the lousy stock barrel if you get the $63 Imagine. Loaders like the others have reccomended, revy 2 or Halo tsa.... theres a few that feed around 13-15bps for a decent price.

An autococker might be a little too hard to maintain for a newer player, but it's your choice. Ya,just go with the Imagine, and get a electric hopper, new barrel,Co2,and you'll be ready to go.

A Spyder Imagine is a great beginners gun. All Spyders are easy to take care of and are pretty cheap.
All you would really need to play if you bought the Spyder Imagine is a co2 tank, a hopper (I would go with a Viewloader 12v revolution [revvy]), a vertical elbow, and some goggles. Vforce Sheilds are good for the price.
I do all my online shopping off Action Village. Do a google search for it (we aren't supposed to post links to online paintball stores other than Xpaintball).
Welcome to the forum and to the sport!

just unscrew the tank normaly the chances of that actaully happeing to you is like 100000 to 1 so you will be fine. when you un screw the tank there will be a quick wosh of air. dont get worried its nothing just alil co2.

yea, the discharge is fine. what i do, just in case, is take some whiteout, and make a line starting from the middle of the "gold part" and down to the beginning on the tank. so, if that line breaks, you know that your unscrewing the bottle from the top, not the top and bottle from the gun.

I agree, I have a Tippy 98c and a little bit ago my cousin got a cocker, and although it's a good gun it is a little finiky and tough to get use to.

well if you have the money and really want to, you can get the ion.
however i strongly recomend you dont get it, and get the imagine with a revvy, barrel, and tank
