nitro is compressed air. yes you can use them and a good size i think would be 68ci 4500psi. Nitro is more consistant than c02, gives you more range, and is not affected by weather. Steel tanks are heavy and carbon wrapped ones are light so the carbon wrapped ones are more expensive.

nitro as also more efficient so you can get more shots off before a refill.

^^Not true.

I can get just as many shots with a 20oz co2 as I can with a 68/45.

Nitro/AIR is the least efficient by far.... theres probaly a stickie on this......

for the 3000 tanks multiply the first number by 10 to get total shots, for the 4500 tanks multiply by 15....example.....

47/3000 ---- 47X10=470 shots..... 72/4500 ----- 72X15=1080 shots.

Still a 20 oz C02 will out shoot the 72/4500 or be the same.... but dont buy a 47/3000 470 shots is useless! you might as well pull an air compressor behind you to refill every 30 minutes.

size depends on where your gonna play. generally if your gonna play back you want a bigger tank so you can shoot more. and if you play front, you want smaller to be able to play tighter.

68/45 is a all around good size though
