Kit vs Barrel

What is the difference in a barrel kit vs buying a barrel like Redz pepperstik or an Ultralite

A barrel has only one bore size. A kit comes with a variety of bore sizes. While all paintballs are of ".68" caliber, they many times range from low.68's to medium .69's in sizes. With a barrel kit, you can test a paintball and compare it to the different bore sizes (like .683, .687, .689, .691, .693, etc.). The closer the bore size of your barrel is to the caliber of your paintball will result in better/ worse accuracy.

Also, this should be in the barrels and paint section next time. Hope that helped.

i used to always love shooting my freak barrell kit, always was dead on. but the stock barrell for my ego seems to shoot most of the paint i use very accurately. i actually only use my stock barrell now, less work getting it out and ready....
overall i would reccomend a barrell kit, they are defiantly worth it, unless you mainly shoot a couple different types of paint and they work w/ your stock barrell

i saw in FACEFUL gear issue the stock barrell of an ego has the same rating as UL's, and i believe it had a better rating than Freaks. I must say, i agree.
