lol, im heading over to my first field this sunday and im nervous, i dont knwo why, im going to shoot people idk, im jsut nervous i might be really bad, i know im new and im not going to be awesome i jsut dont want to suck really bad....i know how to play and all the little tips and tricks fo the sport, but im still nervous...help me

no one knows all the tricks.

Just don't venture out on your own the first couple of games, and definetly don't go out with anyone braver than you. Bad things happen that way.

After your first game the nervousness will pass, hell, it might pass before you get there.

If your afraid about the pain, let a friend shoot you from quite a distance away before you even start playing....you'll become braver your first game that way.

Or start off with a Civil War game.

just have fun man, dont freak out when someone shoots alot of paint at you, always face the right direction (forward, alot of newer guys always turn there back to the field, thats the worst thing you can do) and try and leave your gun up ready to fire at all times.

don't get tunnel vision!!! Make sure that you keep your head up and are aware of the field! That will help ensure you don't get bunkered and that you are not a worthless body filling a bunker someone could actually use.

Don't worry about being good. Just try to figure out how the game is flowing and follow those who seem to have a master plan.

if you watched the vids i said you should watch you'll be fine, it explains very basic things, and do what mondo said if you really dont know about the pain and play scenario. you'll shoot less longer games. alot of people like it. i wanna try it but i love me some speedball

the best way to get better is to play with people better than you...that way when you get shot you can tell how and why they hit you and be better for it the next game...so just like everyone said just go out have fun and you will be better the more you play

just remember to not be scared to move up, as long as u r moving it will be harder for them to hit u, a lot of people think if they do move then they will get shot, and they are afraid to move

I was wondering the same thing...

My daughter and I will be experiencing PB (woodsball) for the 1st time this weekend.
looking forward to it
