i've played Paintball probably 5-6 times and am looking to buy a Spyder Imagine and was searching for some deals $250 and lower and found a good starter kit at "a site" with a
V-force mask,
Barrel cleaner
battery & charger,
plug
2004 Spyder Imagine- $175.00
and a 50ci/3000PSI WGB HPA tank. +$55.00(not bad?)

my main concern is since its about 2 years out of date is it still worth while to get? and is a WGB HPA tank junk or worth it. (i'd prefer air over co2 much cheaper and better preformance).

But when i did check the differences at kingman they looked identical.

and lastly (bear with me =) about how much is a J&J Ceramic 12" worth nowadays?

thats a pretty good deal there, you might be able to find stuff cheaper used, but that isn't bad at all. you'll want a barrel condom to stay legal at fields, and my barrel suggestion is a progressive from that site for 35, in whichever color you choose to match your gun. btw, i'm pretty sure that link isn't legal.

Back on topic, that is a great deal on a starter kit. That is not an outdated Spyder either, because nothing about that model has changed in the past 2 years. WGP tanks are as good as most other tanks. In other words, go for it.

Just so you know. You can get the same deal from paintballstuff4less (amazon.com) for $139. And he's an amazing seller, great communication UBER fast shipping. I bought my spyder package from him.

ahh i see, i saw lots of people talking about xpaintball but didn't know it was the direct sponsor for this forum, thanks for the info im gonna try and find some cheaper and if not im sold. gotta keep a tighter budget since paint thats worth anything is $15.00 for 500 and no off field paint at my place -.-

i think he means paint from other places isnt allowed, you have to buy paint there for 500/$15
