Newbie rant on dye products
i've got the invision goggle system, and i love it. i've got the dye c5 gloves, and i love it. even though its got that blue on it, its not as detectable, as if it were on my mask.
now being a mainly woodsball player, i wish dye would make some more products with colors that would accomodate my style of play. the assault pack is nuts, but the colors aren't. but i guess the grey colored pack would be ok. yea, thats all.. just wish dye would accomodate the woodsballers.

Try Specialops paintball. Do a google and go to their site (cant post it here ebcause of XPaintball sponsor)
Everything they make is subdued or camo - and they make tons of stuff that works in the field. Also Opsgear (do a search) makes a bunch of good stuff.
Also - you are mistaken that Dye doesn't make camo stuff. They make some and I have seen it in my local proshop. Its speedballer camo, has style, very sharp looking stuff.

this is such a dumb thread, its like saying "nike sucks because they dont make paintball guns." ok fine, they dont make that stuff, but thats not what the company does. how can you be pissed at a company just because they dont make a product you want? why not go with a company that makes products specifically designed for what you want?
frankly, i wish the woodsball players would accomodate dye.

err.. they do, there's people at my local field (spool field in the woods, + tire field and concrete field on a dirt area) with dye pants and jerseys along with high end electros like timmies, karnis, shockers, DM5-6's etc.. woodsball's changing more to accomodate speedball, but speedballers still mostly hate woodsballers

Well.. You can sneak around. Play stealthy.. The only thing you can't get is the range of a real sniper. But you can try one shot hits or use a pump. And be the closest thing there is to a paintball sniper.

Is it just me or did that last reply sound terribly chessy?
There are many things that would have to be done to the shape of paintballs, the design of paintball guns, the way the game is played, ect ect ect the list goes on and on, if there were to be sniping in paintball.

why should dye do that? it would change dye's presentation, dye is known to be a hardcore supporter of speedball, just by looking at their logo what do you think? speedball, see if they were green and brown then maybe i'd consider them a woodsball company but theirs other options out there for woodsball stick with them.

thanks for all the replys fellas. didn't know some of you were so passionate about dye, obviously going for the speedball factor.. damn.. lets all take a deep breath and count to 10.
so other than the ones already pointed out, which are some good sites for woodsball gear? thanks in advance to those kind enough to give a logical response with out blowing their middle school lid.
