gimp's free, thats what i used to make mine happy tree friends one, but i messed up on his eye in the sig part(i dont feel like going back and fixing it)

its not quite $700 but its up there, depending on what version you get. there are many ways to get it free, even some legal. for instance if you know anyone who works at an office they will most likely have a copy of it in the computer dept. and be willing to burn it for you. thats how i get a lot of my programs.
