Im relatively new to the sport and i was wondering what upgrades or parts i should order for my spyder tl-x. I play woodsball with my friends and oocasional speedball but im tired of my friends makin fun of my gun and telling me how much better their 98c's are(i like my gun better than their's) I don't have much money and i really dont like my trigger... any suggestions????

find yourself an e-frame, and dont put anymore money into that gun. There tippmans are not that much better, there just another low end BB gun. 40$ will get you a used bolt on e-frame.

If you want other nice things for it, Get universal upgrades like a insert based barrel kit, HPA(Very good upgrade....dont scrimp, by a good one the first time) and a good hopper like a halo. Mos timportantly, play, get better,then get a good gun.

/\/\Do exactly as txaggie08 suggests put an e-grip on it and only universal upgrades after that (in otherwords upgrades that you will be able to transfer if and/or when you get a new marker).

this'll probably sound stupid but i dont really know what an eframe is and where to get one... is it like a trigger frame?

yes it is, and no thats not a dumb question. Its a very common question for someone who doesnt now the slang of the sport. An E-frame is the electronic trigger frame made for the spyder. They come stock on an "E" spyder, but are bolt on for mech ones. There may be some for sale either here or on the nation, ill look around and see what i can find for you. Used it would be a 40$ upgrade or so, and, with a little tweaking, will make the gun fast enough to last a good while through your playing(at least until you have a need for a better gun.
