For my first gun and all, what is a normal price for a marker, air, hopper, mask, oils, etc?

It all depends on a few factors. First, do you just want something to play with or a higher quality possibly tournament grade marker? Secondly do you wanta Co2 or Nitrogen tank? Electronic or gravity hopper? As for a mask I'd say go with a cheap V-force Armor which can be bought for around $20.

Normally new players will purchase a durable mechanical marker (such as a Tippmann 98 custom) that only requires Co2 and a gravity hopper. This tends to cost around $160-$180. If you want a tournament grade marker this will tend to cost upwards of $350 for an entry level tournament marker (including Nitrogen system and electro hopper) such as an Ion. It all depends on what you are looking for.

The first bunch of stuff I bought costed $210. And that gun was a piece of ****.

I only spent about $180 on my first marker which was a Tippmann 98 custom. It still works great and I play with it occasionally even though my shocker is far superior and more fun to play with.

Look around the BST forums though and look for some used stuff. Most people take care of their stuff.
