Does home depot or other hardware stores carry DOW 55 and triflow, or can I only get it in Paintball shops????

Tri-flo is common, but I tend to only find it in spray cans. I haven't seen Dow in most 'normal' stores though.

I looked for DOW33 forever, and never could find it locally. But im not sure about 55. Good luck though.
