Hey dudes, sorry if I goofed on the thread placement, just have a simple question.
I recently got a Spyder MR1 for $100. I'm new to the sport and didn't need anything crazy. It's not a bad gun, shoots a lot farther than my friends 98's and Viewloaders but it's not accurate at all. I mean even a junky Brass Eagle was more precise using the same paint and only a 8" barrel. Mine kept hooking to the right or left even when there was no wind and it was over all just pretty sloppy. So my question is what barrel do you think would help me out the most. I don't care about noise or flashy design, (though black would be good). I just want something that's an all around good performer and under $40 preferably. Thanks.

Smart Parts make awesome barrels that I know you can buy for around $40.00.

I also have a Full Freak for sale, it's a bit expensive, about the cost of your MR1, lol. (The strange thing is that I also used it on my MR1...so yeah, cheaper gun plus sweet barrel setups rock...)

Thanks guys, my only concern is the fit, I mean the MR1 isn't exactly the most widely supported gun when it comes to upgrades from what I gather. I just want to make sure it fits. Anyone know if this will do that trick?

ok i am new to this so i dont know if this is the right place to write but i have an mr1 and i bought a 21" barrel cause i play woods ball and i like sniper position. anyone have any suggestions on what else to do besides the barrel. any help would be appreciated

id sell the mr1 to your friends amd buy an ion! ions are so nice they shoot pretty nice and they default barrel isn't half bad, but with a regulator you'll have the best accuracy out of all your friends because you wont have jumps in velocity
