LOOK please
hey i was loking on action village and came across this gun called JT Protium and it says it caN GO 17 bps and the only thing bad i saw about it was that the operating pressure is 400-800psi but it comes with a case and a VL Revolution loader all for $120. anyways one of my friends is looking to buy an ion and a new like $60-80 loader and i was wondering if anyone would think that this a is better deal or what so please help me so i can help him.

Thats just a spyder clone with a fancy number on it. The ion is a much better bargain. Try ebay for good deals on ions, its not at all uncommon to get one with a so-so loader(about like you talking) and a 72ci steel hpa tank for ~250-280$ us

ya i was thinking that until he told me that he could not afford a hpa tank and he would have 2 use co2 on his ion and wouldnt want that 2 happen so he can get an ion but im just saying if this gun really shots 17bps like an ion then shouldnt it be as good? well actually nevermind cause itdoesnt have eyes like the ion so i guess like you said a used ion would be better. o well he can figure it out himself ill still show him this gun if he wants to change his mind though

he would be better off getting a spyder imagine or one of the more mainstream spyder clones.

Get a used Ion package off of PbNation. One with a hopper, tank, and the Ion. You could get it probably for $250ish.

those 72ci tanks are mother ****ers. I use one because I'm cheap and it came with my spyder years ago. but it weighs a good bit, so unless you plan on playing back.... Don't buy it. anyways, I would go with an Ion for your freind.

I carry an 88......weight isnt an issue for me.

ya i use a 90/4500 but anyways sorry about the caps lock i was typing with one hand cause my other was holding my phone and it sliped without me noticing, i didnt mean to be rude, my bad
