just bought a tac-5 kit at academy, found out how prone it is to breaking down.

Now i want to return is for a 98, here is the kicker-

I have everything that came in the kit but i have pulled it out the package and have played with it once, do you think i can pull one past customer service and say " my nephew said he doesn't like this gun" and exchange it?

There was a sticker on the goggles that is no longer there, and the sticker covering the co2 connection.

well they dont pull open the package and inspec the item at academy. True story my friend had shoes he got from their for a half a year and took them back no joke and got his money.

If they are any kind of respectable buisness, than they should refund everything for you.

i will try doing it tomm. the paintball gun i want to get is a tippmann 98 but i am not for sure if it is a custom, i do know it has ACT because it says it on the cover, i might just go look early tomm. and let yall guys know what they have.

but it will be between that and a spider extra, those are the few markers under 150
