Pure Energy HPA? is it a 3000 PSI? or a 4500? doesn't really matter but, go to your local pro shop and they should be able to fill it, or at your field that you play at...even though some don't fill HPA ( God only knows why ).

and if you can't possibly find a way to fill it with that, u can buy a fill station and get a scuba tank and fill it yourself ( recommended if you like to just target practice or don't play on a field )

we need more information

Yeah, a pure energy tank is not different than any other, if its a pure energy CO2 tank any old CO2 filler can fill it.

I bought a scuba then resold it because if you only have 1 you cant get much air out of it. Maybe like 5 fills to 2000 psi (if you fill it when your tank gets to about 500 psi). Alot of times when using a scuba to get it to 3000 psi throughout the day you need about 5 scubas and then you need to cascade fill your tank.

Gotta let us know if its a CO2 tank or an High Pressure Air (HPA also called Nitro/nitrogen) tank.

Quick way to tell:

If its CO2 it will say a number in Ounces. Like "12 Oz. CO2"
HPA will say "3000psi or 4500psi do not overfill" or similar.

Maybe its out of hydro? However once i did find a tank that we couldnt fill at our home feild. The nipple (Yeah, laugh at it you immature kid) didnt fit into our hose (some more sexual inuendo, no matter how weird) The kid tried jamming it on there and nearly wreked the ball bearings in our hose, they jamed and we had to take it apart to fix them.

Anyway what I should have included in my other post-

I don't know about you guys across the pond, but here any sporting goods store will fill CO2, some hardware stores, as well as many welding shops and industrial gas suppliers. You might have to work out a deal or bring your own filling station though.

As for HPA(air)...Paintball specific stores or a field are your best bet. Some SCUBA shops may do it if you have the fill adapter.

Try and find a field and have them do it. Its usually the best deal...and you can be sure they know what they're doing.

Wow your field is strict over there...or dumb. I'd tell them to 'get bent' and take my money somewhere else.

Filling past 3000 psi on your own will be difficult. You might try befriending a fire department, they often have the ability to fill their 3000psi breathing tanks. You'll probably have to supply a filling station if they'll help you.

Remember you can always fill it to less than the rated 5000psi pressure, and you might have a difficult time finding a place that can even hit 5k. Everywhere i played at so far they only reach 4500, which is fine by me.

My feild deos 5000 psi but we have a $10,000 compressor. Go to p8ntballer.com (i think thats it, PGIs website) and go to there forum and ask them. They have a lot of players from around london and that area.
