Well for the price of the Kingman VS2 brand new plus the Halo B you want and the Tank you're looking at around $300 total I'm guessing? I would advise you to look around on PbNation in the B/S/T section and get yourself a nice used Ion package. Their great markers and you can get a package with everything you want for about the same price as you are going to spend on the Kingman VS2 package.

please read the hpa sticky in this forum before asking questions about HPA tanks.

There are only a precious few guns, and no spyders, that will not use HPA.

the VS2 is a Great beginners marker, imo looks good. and fires a little better than a normal spyder would. (VS2 is the one WithOUT the rocking trigger correct? ) but the VS2 is around $190.00 correct? and if your going to buy a Halo B and a HPA tank, why not spend another 10 dollars and get a ION? it'll keep you fast, its a mid end gun so it'll cover you for awhile until u decide to go into the higher end markers.

the only thing i would see that could be a problem is, its a little harder and requires more care in taking it apart. now i know this may sound like a " IONS PWNZORZ BUY ONE LAWL" post but its not. i personally LOVE my ION compared to my old pilot, it just is great for the price tag on it.

HPA will work on almost ALL markers except the choosen few who need Low Pressure ( LP ) or need Co2 only. so HPA is good, because it is easier on internals. a 48 CI 3k PSI tank goes from $55 - $90 at MAX! any more and it better be carbon fiber wrapped.

Halo B is a fast ...fast hopper and works good ( i use a revvy but thats because i spent a lot more money on clothing for my team hehe )

Halo B's are...uhh check the Hopper forum for the price i think its like $130?? but im not to sure.

so all together

VS2 $190.00 (not exact)
ION ( optional if your looking around ) $200.00 ( body kit $25.00 if you want something else than Black TONS of colors to choose from)
HPA 48CU/3000 PSI $55 - $90 ( higher quality will cost more.
Halo B $130+ ( not sure on this either.)

any questions feel free to ask!

Daziak is absolutley right, I didn't make the same recomendation because i thought you had already purchased the gun.

The ion is a far superior marker to the spyder, even with the small issues the stock one has. Drop another hundred or so dollars on one and ......

Lemme put it this way, i played with a shocker, then with an ion(wich had about 150 dollars in parts if bought used)one right after the other this last weekend. For me, there was next to no, if any at all, difference in the two guns as far as playing goes.
