I'm new to pb and need some help.
Okay I will probally be spending about $150 to $200 on a paintball marker with everything I need. Im thinking about a Tipmann 98 Pro, but I dont know what else I need to buy. Also I'll be playing out in the woods, if that helps. All suggestions are welcomed

Probably about the best your going to do in that price range. Either a tippmann or a used classic mag(much better choice but a little more expensive.)

to start out?
You need a mask, a tank of some kind(CO2 will work well for the tippman, ok with the mag), and a hopper.
I recommend buying a good hopper of some kind(maybe a used egg or revolution....halo isnt a bad idea but those will get you going much cheaper).
CO2 is fine, and will probably be best for you to start with on a budget.
A good mask is a necessity, and the "high-end" jobs are good investments.
There are commonly "starter packs" on sale at Sporting goods store this time of year that are decently priced.

response trigger means that you got the "rt" effect. Basicaly you pull- it shoots, you let go-it shoots.
E-grip makes the gun electronic. It works just like any other blowback E-gun.

you dont want a non-expensive mask. spend the seventy someodd dollars and buy a good mask. its the only thing that you can not skimp on. personally i've tried all the popular ones on, and i love my proflex's the best.

you can get a 20oz Co2 tank extremely cheap. a mask i'd spend some money on. i use a Dye Invision mask and it is great!
20oz co2 tank $20.00 (ehh not so sure but its cheap)
Mask ( JT, Dye, etc ) $50 - $ 90 (don't go cheap )
12v Revvy $55.00 (cheaper used)
Tippmann 98 Coustom (not sure.
$166.00 without gun if you get all those (most expensive not counting cheaper options) a hopper isn't exactly top priority a 5 dollar gravity viewloader will do fine till you make more money. but personal preference

a 12 oz co2 tank will be fine. Id get 2 of them because the only hold about 500 shots each and if your gonna be playing all day, youll need more. A 20 oz is a little big imo.
dont go cheap on the mask. go ahead and spend 50-70 on a good one. I really like the Proflex or my kingman special (dont think they make them anymore).
with the tippmann 98 all you need is like a 9 volt revvy or a 12 volt revvy. you dont need a halo or ego or anything

its a Viewloader hopper, the actual hopper is called a Revolution but it only requires 2 9Volt batteries and only uses 12 volts to operate thus the 12v Revvy.
it feeds about 13-17ish BPS depending on paint etc. not a bad hopper if your not walking the trigger past 14 BPS.
