Best packs for $100 range
I'm not a complete, complete N00b.
I've played around with my friend's tippmans, as well as owned my own gun.
However the gun I formerly owned was a pump Blade02, so as you can guess.... that didn't last long, i stopped for a couple years, after only playing about 3 times, but I now want to get back into paintball.
What are the best packages in the $100 range? I'm flexible, so like for instance if there is a gun for maybe like $120-135 that is WAY better than any in the $100 range, I can save up a little more.
And also, with tanks, most of the packages come with a 9 oz-12oz CO2 tank. how many shots do these give average on a full tank? Will one of these filled up, provide me with a full afternoon's paintball? Or will I need to purchase multiple tanks? The blade just used little Co2 canisters, and I used about 3-5, per meeting. As well as filling tanks, im sure most of the official paintball fields will have filling stations, when im playing locally in the woods ETC, where are common places to fill tanks, Do all Sports Authority stores have filling stations?
Now also, for safety equipment, as a ump user, the 3 times i went out there I only went to flank, so i only got shot twice in my 3 tiomes playing, all I remember is a slight sting. However I don't know if its always like that... i was planning on just going out there with my mask, long pants, and a hoodie, bad idea?
Also, stores I have acess to in my area, that I am currently aware of that sell paintball equipment and gear is Sports Authority and Walmart.

Don't buy from Walmart. There stuff is horrible.
If your going under $100 for gun, hopper, tanks, and mask in an all in one deal, the only way to go is a cheap spyder, everything else that cheap is really bad.

the victor is a mechanical spyder, so it will shoot like bam 2 second wait bam it has a heavy trigger and is the SAME price as a Imagine, which is electric and has a lighter trigger and amongst many modes.
but $100 really isn't much Spyder imagine refurbished $65 decent mask $50 but see your already over budget, u can use a Gravity feed for like $5, and a 20 oz co2 tank is like $20.
so if u put $150 u can get a much better set up ( don't get crap goggles, save yourself the pain and just throw some money down to save your eyes and your head the torment )

a Refurbished Imagine is more expensive than a brand new victor... i really don't mind the 2 second wait anyways...

You don't really need a VL revolution for a victor. A gravity will do you just fine. If you do decide to get the imagine, you will need an e-hopper.
