Are you talking about the anti-syphon thing? If so, yes, you can have an on/off and the anti-syphon tube.

ya lol an Anti-Syphon and yes u can, an Anti-Syphon is a hose that is inserted into the insides of your C02 tank to further filter out liquid from going into your marker, making it safer but not 100%

Yeah, just dont use the tank vertically when its anti-syphoned (like in a harness or a vertical adapter) because then it will promote liquid CO2 getting in there.
