Drop Forwards!

can anyone here recommend a good drop forward for a good price? i'm a semi-beginner, and i'm on a low budget so possibly something solid on either a medium price level or a bit lower thanks

btw, i really don't know how much drop forwards cost in general... but 4-6 dollars would be a good price range for me. i use a viewloader prodigy gun.

1) Dont buy a drop forward. please. Im sure someone will come along and put this more articulately(hopefully), but the basic idea is this: In the olden days height was not a huge issue but having a long gun was a huge disadvantage. However, in the modern game(both speedball and woodsball), those roles have been reversed. This is true for most/all areas of the game, especially snap shooting.

2) Most new drop forwards cost around $15-20 i think, you might find a used one cheap since they arent in too much demand(due to what i pointed out in #1).

3) The only exception to #1 is if you have really, really short arms and allready have a huge tank. I dont mean, "I'm a lil kid and have huge 68ci tank/20 ounce tank", i mean "i'm a midget and have a 92ci tank".

4)If you still want to buy a drop forward(for shame): at least get a small one. And for the love of all thats holy dont get a flame one.
