Im really new to paintball, I went paintballing for the first time last friday. Im really thinking about getting some gear. So far Im thinking a spyder imagine, Im not sure what hopper to get, Vforce goggles, and maybe a pod thingy. Im also thinking about getting a st!ffi barrel but are they worth the money? Im also thinking about getting these Amazon.com: WDP Angel Air Time Pants: Sports & Outdoors are they worth it? I saw alot of people at the paintball place with jerseys and paintball pants and I dont know if they are worth the money. Sorry if this is jumbled together.

all looks good but going only once you may want to go a couple more times just to make sure you really think you can get into it. you don't want to spend a bunch of money on something you are going to stop doing after a couple weeks.

That package comes with all the basic gear [marker,hopper,goggles,co2tank(20 oz.)] and when it comes to pants and jerseys and all that stuff their not reaully necessary unless your like a hardcore paintballer person

If you play speedball, Don't get a Tippmann 98...or any Tippmann it just wont be as versatile as it would be with a speedball marker. Tippmanns are great for woodsball, they shoot long distances are easy on paint and tons of upgrades.

The imagine is an amazing starter gun, Electronic which is 10x better for keeping up with the speeds of those other kids and richies that have DM7's and all that other expensive equipment.

V-force Grillz are AMAZING goggles, great vision, look good, feel good, good protection. so your good there, spending money on a mask is 100000000...........0000x worth it.

Pants and a Jersey.. Pants is more important, due to the fact that if you play speedball on rocks / grass /turf or whatever your going to slide and pants have protection in the knees and other areas depending on brand. Jersey's just look cool...thats all. The extra cloth you have when wearing them causes more bounces than just standard T-shirt and Jeans.
