My ion has a very small leak and so does my brothers. We can't seem to figure out where its coming from so were asuming all ions leak a little? is this true?

This should go in the Ion section.
But since im nice i will offer a suggestion. If you take it apart you could have very slightly broken the hoses. If the leak is small enough it will still fire but i would take the gun to a proshop and have them change the internal hoses out for you. You could probably do the two hoses that are on the metal barbs but dont try to change the medium hose that is on the plastic barb as it is very fragile and if you break it you will end up paying another $30 to get a new used board.

if you're using co2 for your ions there's a possiblity some leaked into the internal section of the gun and has caused the o rings to erode.. you might try checking that

Ya silence also has a point, Co2 will erode your O-rings...and not mention fry your board but since your board still works im assuming that u do not use Co2?
First and foremost check your O-rings..if it is your O-rings than youy saved yourself a trip to the pro shop yay. but if it isn't i wouldn't bess with the banjo fittings beacuse they can be very fragile.

try taking the gun apart, but keeping all the hoses and components connected (reconnect them after you take it apart), then, air up the gun and try to identify EXACTLY where the leak is coming from, take a picture if possible, even.

Yup, just take the gun apart, get a glass put water in it, and put a little of don dish soap, and get a q-tip and put the water/soap mix on the hoses, and it should bubble at the place that it's leaking if it is leaking.

windex also works well. But there are so many different solutions depending on the area from which it is leaking, that this is a total crapshoot without knowing a specific area.

Mine has never leaked. If you can give me an idea where the leak is coming from, we might be better able to help you fix it.

****. Yeah, it probably is the hose, or an o-ring. Check everything carefully. Try to get us pics and somebody, if not all of us will be able to tell you how to fix.
