Woodsball
Well, basically, don't be noticed, aim (get a sight, not a scope; paintballs don't fly like bullets do), and fire. "Dead men can't talk." If you hit them, they aren't supposed to be able to say anything. Also, move around, they will find you.

Aiming:
Stabilize your gun for longer distances (trees, etc). Take your time, and use as little paint as possible. Don't fire randomly. If you think you see somebody, take cover behind a tree or something, take a peek with your helmet, and if you see a paintball coming, duck, then run in and get them, or just fire and hope.

Teamwork:
Teamwork is important. Make sure that everybody knows where eachother is for the most part, without giving eachother away. In woodsball, if everybody is wearing camo, you have to be aware of where your team is.

Cover
If you have camo, a great type of cover is leaves. Try covering yourself up with leaves or sticks a little, but not making a huge pile, then giving your position away with something that obvious. Also, if the sun is behind you, towards the enemy, you will see the glint on most of their masks, and they won't see yours.
If you don't have camo, good luck hiding.
-HINT: Don't stand up too much, much more obvious to see something not normally colored to the forest/woods (mask) up above the ground than on it.
-HINT: Move slowly, and carefully. The faster you run, the heavier your footsteps, and the more likely to be heard. Watch out for stepping on sticks.
Moving to and from and between cover:
Be smart. Move quickly, but not eagerly. Use a certain type of cover to evaluate the area. Look around for the BEST new type of cover. Fire a few, hide, wait for them to give up, and run.
-HINT: Weigh the pros and cons of each type of cover before moving there. If you have people shooting at you, take a full tree that you can stand up behind, and will cover your whole body. If you are unnoticed, stumps of trees are good, especially if they have a place to stabilize your gun. Make sure you can crouch and lie behind them. When you spot the enemy, take your time, aim, and fire.

I don't know if that helped, I'm not too good with making "guides." I can't really help with speedball, only played once. Get a fast firing gun, and make fast runs. If you are being bunkered, be smart. If you see somebody firing at your team, take the fastest route behind them and hit them more than once, to make sure you get them out (to avoid bouncing and other **** that happens).

Good luck.

I wrote that myself, FYI. I wouldn't take anybody else's work, considering I play with my own style.
