people usually use it as a spare in a scenerio game, they usually only shoot around 8 balls beofere you have to reload, instead of getting a pistol in the future, look at pumps instead.

I got a serious question again though. About the apparel. I'm thinking of buy a full Dye set of gear, and the Pro mask (I intend to do this for a long time so might as well stock up on the good stuff). But why are the pants so exspensive (150 bucks!), is there anything special about the material?

Nope. Whatever you do.. don't match colors and brands. (ie. full yellow dye gear, full gray evil gear, etc) because the only way that doesn't look choady is if you got it for close to nothing. (sponsors)

I really really like my jt team pants and they have dropped in price lately, I believe. Then just pick up a jersey.. (proto, evil and jt are cheaper, eclipse/dye if you want to spend extra) Gloves are a necessity, IMO. I have a pair of proto's and I really like em. As for a mask.. its all personal preference. What fits your face better and how you like the field of vision, how hot you get in each, etc.. One thing I suggest is elbow pads and knee pads as well because it makes playing "better" much more comfortable.. They're also very good for getting bounces. Cleats are great if you're playing outdoors. I also suggest getting the jersey 1 or 2 sizes too big because when its baggy, you get more bounces.

anymore questions, i'm pretty bored today so fire away.

-Nothing wrong with matching colors, just dont match brands-like bigballa said
-Jerseys are a waste of money in my opinion-just get a baggy short or long sleeve t-shirt. If you get a short-sleeve, make sure to wear armpads to cover your forearms.
-Masks are personal preference. But Profilers and Proflexs are the best. Just dont get a head shield type one.
-Invest in a sandana and a visor beanie. And, much more importantly, ask someone more experienced to show you how to put on/wear your sandana. please.

In terms of pants, deffinitley try them on at the store first, even if you buy online. Personally i prefer a light pant with minimal padding(like the old draxxus ones) and then seperate knee pads. But its all personal preference. Buy a size larger then you would for dress pants. Theres nothing wrong with buying used either-when you get a pair of $150 pants for 30.

the pants are more expensive because of production and materials, same for their guns. an example is the ego, with the etek, they shaved of cost because of more simple color, milling, and a stremlined body and internals. proto is the dumbed down version of dye, but their still good. the dye pants are incredible though, and so are the jersey, so if your willling to dish out the money, i would go ahead and get both pants, jersey, and mask from dye regardless of matching brands, theres no point not getting the best because they match(although i wouldn't get any bright colors like red or yellow). they will all perform pretty much the best. also, look into empire, they are a great brand (pants, jerseys, and masks)if moneys no option, then get the best money can buy regardless of anyhting, and just go out and play, then worry about everyhitng else. you'll figure it all out.
