It depends, what ar eyou thinking? Every promoter does it different. Look at what the promoters definition is. usually its:

Young guns (under 17)
D4
D3
D2
D1
Semi pro
pro

Or something like

Young guns (under 17)
rookie
novice
ameuture

All are from lowest to highest, the second one is more of a local one.
