Take a pen or pencil. Hold it the end in one hand and with the other start tapping the other end with your fore and middle fingers (walking motion). Do it so each time you hit it will bounce back into place from you holding it. If you want hold it near a table top or edge so that each time you tap it hits and makes it a little more audible. I used to do this during standardized tests after I finished with an hour still on the clock. I don't know if it actually helps or not but it killed time and I like to think that it helps build a rhythm.

I tried the the pencil thing my friend told me about it too, it helped alot, after doing it today im shootin a few balls faster, I'm going to keep practicing that, and try the tubber band... and I usually use the iside of my fingers and use my index and middle finger and i have a spyder pilot.
