Alright, so I'm sitting here with a bad neck , therefor having to look at the screen from the side like a tard, and I'm highly stressed, so I would really appreciate it if someone could clear things up for me. You start with something like 200, so how many extra paintballs does the average player need for day? I won't go trigger happy and coat everything on the field in paint, but then again I will need more than one ball per enemy, if you get what I mean. I'm planning on hiring some equipment for the day, as I've never been before and it would be stupid to buy all the gear and a gun before I've had my first match, and I might hate the sport. So I need to know how many paintballs I'll need, as I might not ever go if it works out at a ton of money.

I went out a couple fo weeks ago and played for 3 hours. I want through about 600. It was for my bachelor party, so we went a little nuts. I think it all depends on what you plan on doing. You will use more balls on a course thank you would playing woodsball.

I don't know what I'll be doing, all I know is that it's all day lol. I might need about 500, say?

Just buy a bag. (500) Then if you run out, buy another bag or split it with a friend/teammate.

I use about 1500-2000 balls in 4-6 hours of playing on a field.

however, i used 1000 in 4 hours playing in a woods with a mechanical marker. and that was only bcause it got dark and i knew i wouldn't be playing int he near future so i burned a hopper and 3 pods in the final game.(whihc is around 600 paintballs in one game)

Lol I don't have anywhere near enough money for that. Is it possible to play for the day with a total of 600/700 balls?

Yes it's very possible.

oh yeah.
but 1000 balls can be had for about $30 at wa- art(just go through the boxes sot make sure the shells are firm, not squishy and that there's no broken paint.)

I don't live in America, plus you have to buy the paintballs at the place - you can't bring your own.
