what brands/models should i be looking at with durability being
the absolute #1 factor

i'd like it to have the option for the apex barrel and an e-trig.
one in particuar that i was looking at was the BT-4 ironhorse.i really
dig the scenario look minus the bipod.plus it has both options available,
as well as the halo rip kit

i've got about $500-$600 to play around with

get an a5 with a flatline barrel a egrip and dont get a halo b with a woodsball gun waste of money

with $500-$600 to play with I'd get a mag or a mid-end speedball marker.

you could even go with a RAP 4 marker if you want a serious realistic lookig and operating marker

The TAC8 or 9 are nice, I have a TAG 8. Greatest pistol I ever used.

if you think about it thats 200 dollars for the a5 100 for flatline barrel 100 for e grip thats 400 dollars and kepp the other 200 dollars for new equipment

because a mag exists.
flatline barrels are sketchy
and the A-5 is overpriced.

plus you said that the halo b is a bad loader.

BTW, LEC666 , if you realy want the "scenario" type stuff, look at an AGD tac-one. much nicer tan the A-5, and setup for milsim...

i'm still torn on what to get. got 2 weeks before cash is here to make up my mind
to be honest though, of the few markers i have shot, my favorites have been tipp's
w/flatlines. i love the fact you don't have to lob paint. as for the milsim looks
i have full access to our sheetmetal & machine shop departments at work,and several
very talented co-workers who want to help customize it.
all i have to do is draw up the prints

You see they shoot awesome for woodsball and you can save money. Tippmann has the best rep for woodsball hands down.

Ummmm...NO. AGD is by far a better gun, and there Tac-one model is a vastly superior mil-sim platform. Tippman is popular because there less expensive and pushed by forums....

I know that the tac is better but The a-5 is a good gun and its affordable like you said

okay,so today i finally go out to a real field and not the privately owned woods
i always play. i played ok,but got severely owned a few games by the folks w/sb markers
my mind is made up and i don't care about the whole "scenario" look anymore. i want
something fast and deadly accurate.
i looked on ebay and in the 450-500 range are etek ego,shockers,dm6's a few dm7's
timmys,autocockers
suggestions ?
