what kind of lock tight
Ok i have a ion and im putting on a trinity feed neck. I also bought a Vlocity Select force hopper but what lock tight should i use. my friend has blue lock tight and im wondering if that would hold the feed neck on tight enough

blue. never never never never use any other color.
blue lock tite is strong stuff. Iv'e used it on bolts for lawnmower decks before and it's held

i've always used red for a feedneck.

Although Loc-tite does work well, I personally choose Teflon tape over it. It is easier to apply, and remove if the time comes.

blue loc-tite wont' gun up the threads.
Barber i see where you're going with the red stuff on a feedneck. I'm a big fan of swapping parts and tinkering, so i stay away from doing that, but i can see how the red stuff would be almost better for a feedneck
