Co2 confusion
This has always confused me, and none of my friends who paintball know. Sometimes when I just get my Co2 refilled and I put it on my gun, put the paintballs in, and shoot it. It emits like a white mist when it shoots, and I think its Co2 comming out of the barrel. It leaves the barrel cold and moist, and I'm less accurate. The Co2 tank gets very cold aswell. Why does it emit this white mist, why does it happen anyway?

Liquid CO2 is getting into the marker, freezing it, and causing CO2 snow... That's is normal under cold condition. Co2 gets colder when it expand into gas, that's why it's doing this...
But that's pretty normal, there's no problem with this. An expansion chamber can help, but if it's cold outside, then you'll have snow, with or without an expansion chamber.

Well, its usually hot outside, but I keep the Co2 in my room, where its like 60 degrees. If I get HPA will it do this? Should I het a HPA for that then?

Benefits of HPA
1. No barrel snow, in any temperature
2. Elimination of velocity spikes, and drop-offs
3. Increased accuracy and marker efficiency
4. Elimination of marker "freeze-up"

I had that happening to me so i bought an anti-siphon tube for my tank and it worked amazingly well. only when it was 30 degrees and I shot rapidly would there be snow out the barrel.

Good to Know ! I guess I'll be looking into purchasing a nice HPA tank soon. What exactly do the numbers mean on the HPA tanks? I'm assuming size and volume, but I would like to make sure before purchasing.

in all reality, hpa won't make a tippman or spyder shoot any differently. Unless you plan on upgrading to a marker that requires HAP, stick with CO2.

in different temperatures co2 will have a different pressure, it's a fundamental law of how the world works. That's why you were inaccurate, the balls were moving at drastically different fps.
The cloud of gas leaving the barrel is normal, and hpa will also do it. It's thermo.

I will be upgrading eventually. I think that it would still make for a little bit of difference. I mean ... it's better. I don't think that all Spyder markers are bad either. The VS series are very nice.
