Well hello everyone, as you can probably tell im still a little new to the game. I have been paintballing 3 times before and all for birthday parties and now im looking to get into the game myself and buy my own gun. If anyone has any tips for someone just beginning to start the game that would be great. Also if anyone wants to give me feedback, but i was thinking about buying a Spyder Xtra 2007. All help is much appreciated

that's a good marker. if you want to be able to shoot faster, look into the imagine.

Decent starter gun for sure. Make sure to pick up a nice mask, not a cheap one. VForce makes great masks. Get a 12 ounce CO2 tank if you are playing at a field that fills tanks, or a 20 ounce if you play on a friend's land.

Thanks for the tips guys, so should i preferably but the gun and then get the mask and tank all seperate or buy a package i found for the same gun which include all that stuff?

Usually the packages come with crappy masks and small tanks, so I'd steer away from those if I were you. It may be a bit more expensive, but you'll be happier in the long run.

Alright cool, so is their a certain check list of things i should buy first? My main spending limit is going to be somewhere between 300 and 350

I picked the Xtra 07 myself. Good choice, for what I've read around!

The starter package should include:

Mask
Marker
Tank
Hopper
Squeegee
Elbow


With those around, you're pretty much set to play, I believe!

You should buy things in this order:

1. Mask
2. Gun
3. Hopper (Elbow if you need one, would go here as well)
4. CO2

i wouldnt buy the items in the order that big_balla said because then u will have this new gun that u want to use but u wont be able to use it because u wont have a gun or a hopper or anything so i would buy it in this order unless you are going to buy the stuff all at once

2.hopper
3.co2
4.gun
thats the mistake i made not buying them in that order
