Exclamation good guns for a new player starting out with woodsball?

hey, just started really getting into paintball, playing woodsball on my property with some friends. I bought a tippmann 98C and did a little modding to it, (JJ performance S2 barrel, hittmann collapsable stock, 20 oz Co2, remote coil line, red dot scope), then bought another gun off a friend fro cheap just to have as a back-up, its a spyder MR1, (came with a JJ performance ceramic barrel, the stock that came with it, and i put a 20 oz cO2 tank and a remote line to top it off). haven't played a game yet, im hosting one in about a week in my woods (just got done clearing and setting up pallets and barrels, etc.) and was just wondering if these were good guns to play woodsball with, and if so what would be some effective, "worth the money" upgrades. I dont play all the time and will probably only play woodsball, so any help i'd appreciate it. I would have posted this in rate my gun, but it says you gotta post pics and i dont have any as of the moment. mucho gracias.

any spyder, they all work the same way, they just have different milling(except the VS2 series, they're better than the rest). you can use co2 on all of them except the VS2 and VS3.

I feel on starter markers, the only worthwhile upgrade is a barrel. J&J barrels are great, especially for markers without eyes as they generally shoot out breaks in the barrel.

Look into a viewloader revolution for a hopper, you dont' wanna be stuck with a gravity hopper.
