Does anyone know if this website went out of business? I returned some defective merchandise and have been waiting for refund. Two e-mails have been ignored. Any ideas,
Other than disputing visa charge? Which I will do next week.

I have purchased several things from them recently and had no issues receiving the products I ordered. Also, their web site is still up and running so, I'm pretty sure they havent gone out of buisness.

No, they're still in business. You may have gotten screwd over. Best that you try to contact them by phone.

Just called them. 1)They never got my e-mails. Claiming computer problems on their end.
2)They were ready to send out my order again until I explained I was waiting for a refund as mentioned in the note enclosed with the return and phone conversation when I got my RMA#. 3) Said refund would take a month.

Wish me luck. And this website is off my shopping list!
