don't use a scope in paintball. the balls don't fly straight enough or far enough to be useful.
a 4x20 scope will also give you a horrid field of vision.

The only practical use of a scope in paintball is to observe farther down-field. The paintball will not fly far enough to need the magnification.
If you are going to use a scope, use it for scouting out a distant area. That's the only real practical use. Just bring your weapon up to bear, take a quick sweep with the scope, and then bring it back down. When engaging targets, just look down the barrel, not the scope.

Really? What's the surprise? Is it cake? I love cake!! No, seriously though. Scopes on paintball guns are useless, with the exception of scouting areas ahead. A paintball is completely unpredictable, so a scope won't increase you're accuracy at all.
