okay i just used my vs2 for the first time, and within 5 gamaes the gun just kept turning off and wouldnt work, before that it wasnt recocking, then when i had the people at the place look at it they looked at the board, they replugged in the battery and it wouldnt work, then the battery got really reallly hot, and they told me the board was fried so now i need to send this in, i bought this gun new off ebay, and i have the warranty card, and i was told to send in the warranty first, so wat i want is step by step on wat to do to get this fixed like
ex
1. fill out warranty card
2. go to ebay and print out the reciept or wat ever
3. etc

Ebay will not do anything about the warranty. Unless the buyer states he has a warranty program niether will he. So long as it has been less than 15 days after purchase, quikly send in you registration card with receipt of purchase to:

If the purchase is more than 15 days old you may be out of luck. If it is not, send the info to Kingman, wait a week or so, pack the marker up in the original box if you still have it and send it off to Kingman with a detailed description of what wrong and send it off.
