What are the differences\benefits to HPA to Co2?

Was curious....is C02 that inconsistent ? I heard from a old friend that C02 can be 280fps when you start, but 350+ FPS later in the day after playing a while.....

HPA is more $$$$, but is it worth it for just occasional use?

HPA is only necessary of markers that have a solenoid that directs air. If your'e playing occasionally, I'm willing to bet that you dont' have one of those. What marker do you have?
