Don't pay more than 150$ and it's not a bad deal at all. Grab yourself a feedneck for another 30$ and you've got a pretty good setup.

Make sure the feedneck you get is a clamping feedneck WITH holes. Would suck for you to get a nice clamping feedneck only so that it wouldn't fit.

I thought the ACS was without holes. need to make sure on that, I think with wass only the older bodies...

Well, the one my friend has is with holes, and I think all of them are, unless there was a really early run of them without the holes or something.
