OK, take the front cap off the gun, and the spring/cup seal/valve stem will come out. The cup seal is the white piece sitting against the valve.
I can help you wiht this alot easier if you will get the gun in front of you and catch me on aim sometime...

I first started out with one of these 4 years ago.
I always had problems with it and ultimately ditched it to a friend for a dye invision mask.
He sells me so much paintball stuff for cheap its not even funny XD
for the r6, i recommend keeping the cupseal very clean and make sure you NEVER scratch it. Mine always ****ed up, so i recommend upgrading to at least a spyder, but you don't have too, thats just my opinion.

It shouldn't be hard to get out. It should just slide right out with the Vertical Adaptor.

What came out was the cupseal. The white ring inside was the valve. Theres a set screw under the frame , then you push it out.

That's the striker o-ring, and a tank ring will usually work there as well in a pinch. That's not what's leaking though(it does need to be replaced obviously or the gun will not recock)
You replaced the cup seal and both o-rings on the valve body itself right?

Yes it does, I believe the side with the bogger hole faces the front of the marker

bigger hole definitely has to go facing the cup seal.

hmmm......can you tell EXACTLY where it's coming from(ie down the barrel or just around the valve.

A highflow valve will get you better efficiency, and possibly better consistancy.
It might be worth it to just buy one and see what happens
