US Army markers i think are made by tippmann. That ought to be enough of a reference.

No, if you get anything tippmann, get the 98c.

So far, there is close to no upgrades for that marker, while the 98c has almost everything imaginable

yes but this has all the cosmetic "upgrades" and it's the same price as a 98c.
