Ion stripped?

Yeah my hopper is a push in one and i think it may have stripped my feeder, the feeder comes out and i'm afraid to take the hopper off cause it was hard to get on what should i do? The actual gun part i think is stripped. Should i send it in for a new gun? Also would a clamping feeder help?

if the feedneck threads are stripped, you'll have to finda way to permanently attatch the feedneck. I suggest jb weld.

This is why you must be very careful when installinga feedneck; also why you dont' torque it very much at all.

This is what I'm talking about btw: Ion cocker threaded breech.

If you stripped the breach, the real fix is to replace it. Replacing it with cocker threaded barrels will open p a whole world of in-expensive used barrels, plus barrels that are not being made in SP threading.
