i have seen two different types of triggers for markers one looks like a trigger you would see on a actual gun and I have seen ones with a place for a index and middle finger. My question is which trigger can you get more balls per a second with?

ya double triggers are way faster than singles

a double trigger is almost always going to be faster than a single trigger, just make sure the hopper on top of your marker can keep up with how many balls are flying out and youll be fine
