I know nothing about barrels. I know something about markers but ask me about barrels and I know nothing. So I know the backs have different bore sizes. So... do the fronts too?
This is why two piece barrels just don't make sense to me over a single piece barrel. If a .685 back matches the paint and is seen as good than logically wouldn't a .685 barrel make more sense and be better?
If using a onepiece, after the paintball reaches the porting, the ball will still be touching the barrel wall and slow down
The two piece fixes this, the barrel wall only contacts the paintball in its acceleration stage, and lets it float down the rest of the barrel untouched
Makes sense. Thanks, I guess that's why it's better to get a 2 piece. Another reason can be to just get different backs and change it depending on how the paint that day is.
