Get a Vl Eye-Force or an Invert Halo Too loader
CO2 or HPA are both fine
No, dryfiring is ok to the best of my knowledge

Enjoy the xtra, great startup and casual play marker, requires very little maintenance.
Hopper, agreed with azn, eye force all the way. Invert too is also a nice option for the price. You'll be happy with either, but the invert toos are a little lighter and less bulkier than the eye force.
