so i bought a used mini, guy has not used it in a year or two, me and my friend are going to go play in the woods in about an hour or two and i dont wanna get out there and then have my gun not work and leak air like crazy and use my whole bottle up, am i just being paranoid or am i speaking sense?

Check it before you go out into the woods is what I would do. Change the battery, give it a quick lube, and make sure it fires lol - or you'll be using your arm!

alright i think ive done all that except shoot it, i just aired up another gun and it was spraying air everywhere, so looks like that guns garbage. im afraid of the mini doing that so im scared to find out lol

Ok man i have bought used guns and honestly you NEED to get some air through it if not you wont know till your out. Throw a few balls to once you get it aired up

yeah, i think why i procrastinated it so long was because i heard that, on minis, high pressure tanks strip the threads and i was scared that if it did leak i would have to just let the air out until i could unscrew it,there fore wasting my precious air lol, BUT i did add oil to the threads and screwed it on and aired it up and it held air perfectly, on the bad side, could be my fault, some shots would just roll out of the barrel or shoot like 15ft but that's probably because the tank was unscrewing as i was shooting it, tightened it back up and it was back to normal, BUT with the tank all the way in it did seem as if i had to wait for the reg to fill back up, example, i shoot once, perfect dead on accurate and consistent with the last and next single ball, with 3 sec pause between each, but when i tried to walk the trigger the balls would travel less and less each shot. so maybe the dwell needs to be set or something?

its full,well like 2000. i took it in to get it filed like the day before and the guy said it was as full as his machine would go
